What are your opening times?
Our normal hours are 7am - 9pm daily.
Christmas Eve: 7 AM - 5 PM
Boxing Day: 10 AM - 4 PM
New Year’s Eve: 7 AM - 5 PM
New Year’s Day: 10 AM - 4 PM

- Guests must be 16 or older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The sauna is around 70º
- There’s a portaloo near the green storage units on land. We recommend using it before or after changing for your session
- Each session lasts one hour, including time to change, use the sauna, cold plunge, and swim in the docks
Where can I park?
Limited parking is available next to Wyld off Princes Parade. Additional parking is available at the William Jessop Way garage.
How do I access the sauna?
You’ll receive a text with the door code 30 minutes before your session. Team members will be on-site to assist if needed. Please have your booking confirmation email or link ready. You and any guests will be asked to sign our Terms and Conditions for health and safety.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Bookings cannot be moved directly. If you can’t attend or need to move your booking, you must cancel your session to receive credit for rebooking in the future. Log into your Wyld account to rebook at your convenience. You must cancel 24 hours in advance and email us to receive a refund.
Can I book for multiple guests?
You can book up to 5 guests at a time. If you are looking to book for a party larger than 5 guests we ask that you arrange a private session. Private sessions must be planned a minimum of two weeks in advance and are subject to our availability. Please email hello@wyldsauna.com for more info.
Do you sell gift cards?
Wyld Cards are available at www.wyldsauna.com/wyld-cards and you can purchase physical gift cards in person at Wyld.
How strict are timings?
Wyld operates on a strict schedule. Guests must arrive on time and leave promptly at the end of their session. If you're late, entry is not guaranteed, and if allowed entry, you must still leave at your original end time.
Can I book further in advance?
You can book sessions up to six weeks in advance. Wyld is a permanent installation, so new sessions will regularly become available each night. If all timeslots are greyed out, the sauna is fully booked. Check other dates for availability. We do not have a cancellations waitlist.
